Registration FAQs

  • Do I need to enrol as soon as registrations open? +

We do recommend you enrol as soon as possible. Whilst the maximum intake for the Online Only option is large, the Online and Block Day option does have a strict quota. To avoid missing out on a place for either option we suggest enrolling early.
  • Are places limited for the course? +

Yes. The maximum intake for the Online Only option is large, but the Online Only plus Block Day option is capped. However for both options of registration we recommend enrolling as soon as possible.
  • How do I pay for the Course? +

Registration is completed through a secure online ecart webpage where credit card payment is taken. Accepted credit cards are Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Diners Card.

Course FAQs

  • Do I need to submit the MCQs each week? +

Although it is ideal to complete each topic and the corresponding MCQs each week, this is not mandatory. Students however must ensure that all the MCQs are completed by the advertised last day of the course, in order to receive their certificate.
  • How many hours per week do I need to dedicate to course learning? +

This varies from student to student, but we advise approximately 3 - 5 hours per week to adequately review the lecture, reading material and answer the Multiple Choice Questions.
  • What happens if I take leave during the course? +

The course is designed as flexible learning, so you can view the online material at your own leisure. However students need to ensure that all MCQs are completed by the advertised deadline in order to receive their Certificate.
  • What happens if I don’t have time to complete the Multiple Choice Questions prior to the deadline? +

Unfortunately if MCQs are not completed by the advertised deadline then we will not be able to issue a Certificate.
  • When does access to the Online course material close? +

Whether you enrol for the Online Only, or the Online and Block Day option, all students will have their access closed on the first Monday following the advertised Block Day Date. Please go to the Important Dates and Timetable sections on this website for the exact dates and time.
  • Can I have ongoing access to the Online material once I have completed the Course? +

Yes. A 12 month subscription can be purchased. The subscription period will commence from confirmation of your purchase. Please go to the Course Fees information on this website for more information. This is only open to participants who have completed the Short Course.
